Both work. Upload a single photo (€25) when one strong frame tells the story. Upload a carousel (€45) when you have up to 10 images from the same shoot — a set of angles, details, or a mini story brands can post as one Instagram carousel. Sets sell better because they cover a whole post.
Vertical 4:5 or 9:16 works best for social. Photos: JPG or PNG, highest resolution you have (min 1080px wide). Video: MP4, vertical, 5–60 seconds. Add a brand category and, if the content features a specific brand, the brand name — that's how buyers filter and find you.
